These terms apply to all boarding and day care bookings with The Collar Club Ipswich, licensed by Ipswich Borough Council under licence AWL0005.
Bookings and deposits
Bookings are confirmed once a deposit has been received and a successful meet and greet has taken place. The balance is due at the start of the stay unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible. Deposits for peak periods such as school holidays and Christmas may be non-refundable, as the place is held exclusively for your dog.
Health and vaccinations
- Dogs must be up to date with core vaccinations.
- Flea and worm treatment must be current.
- Owners must disclose any illness, injury or behavioural issue before a stay.
Veterinary care
If a dog becomes unwell we will attempt to contact you and your own vet. Where that is not possible we will seek treatment from a local vet, and reasonable costs are the owner's responsibility.
Behaviour
We reserve the right to end a stay if a dog poses a risk to people or to other guests. In that event we will contact you or your emergency contact immediately.
Collection
Drop-off and collection times are agreed in advance. Late collection without notice may incur an additional day rate.
