“Emily is fantastic. She went out of her way to look after our Lab Pablo at her house when another service let us down. She is professional friendly and clearly loves animals. She asked lots of background questions at the meet and greet ensuring Pablo would be well cared for. Regular updates and pics across two weeks allowed everyone to relax knowing Pablo was having a great holiday aswell! Really glad we found her and much better than kennels. Definately now our first choice for all petcare.”

“We cannot recommend Emily highly enough! Lupin had the most wonderful stay and absolutely loves Riley and Emily - I'm certain he's gutted to be back home. Emily really took the time to understand Lupin's quirks and sent so many lovely updates throughout his stay. It was so reassuring seeing him so relaxed and very well looked after. We'll absolutely be using The Collar Club time and time again!”

“We booked in our 3 year old cockapoo for teeth cleaning with Emily! It was really easy to book and we were both so surprised and pleased with the results! Not being the easiest dog we weren't sure what to expect but the service was so professional and reasonably priced we are very glad we took her! Highly recommended! Wish I took a before photo as she had a build up of black plaque despite having dentist sticks daily!!!”
